Job Summary
Support audit readiness and documentation quality; coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness; assist in data analysis, reporting, and process monitoring; create presentation materials, visual content, and communication assets; gain hands-on experience in quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement. Undergraduate students in Environmental or Industrial Engineering or related majors with a bachelor’s degree; familiarity with ISO management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015); proficient in Microsoft Office; basic graphic design and videography knowledge; strong data analysis, communication, and English skills. Location: Surabaya, Indonesia. Duration: 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related major background
- Educational background with bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with ISO management systems: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva; Adobe or AutoCAD a plus)
- Understanding of videography, including video creation/editing (Adobe Premiere)
- Strong data analytical, communication, and English skills
- Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
- Duration: 12 months
