Job Summary
Develop training and operational manuals for franchisees while providing regular support via phone and email. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, then collaborate with the franchise support team to devise strategies that improve franchisee satisfaction and profitability. Attend operations team meetings to take notes and perform other assigned duties. This role offers hands-on experience in the franchising industry, allowing you to work alongside experienced professionals to develop critical skills applicable to future positions.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with franchise operations and regulations is a plus
