Job Summary
Analyze operational flow, inspect and repair e-bikes in workshops, and manage after-sales support to refine customer experience and financial efficiency. Design processes to optimize operations, set up dashboards for accurate data tracking, and train Warehouse Technicians on the floor. Collaborate with Tech, Finance, and Marketing teams to support fast growth across Europe and the US. Join the Operations team at Upway, our leading refurbished e-bike platform, to contribute to refurbishing over one million German e-bikes in the next decade.
