Job Summary
Implement the Cohort 2027 fellow selection process by supporting external and internal communications with applicants, reviewers, and stakeholders. Organize and analyze information for the selection process, while testing and troubleshooting the application portal to ensure a seamless applicant experience. Document procedures and workflows, draft training materials for team members and external reviewers, and monitor evaluation data using Activate's systems and tools. Manage complex projects using Asana and collaborate with the Pipeline and Fellowship teams across five U.S. communities. This 40-hour paid internship runs from August 1, 2026, to December 15, 2026, with a preference for Bay Area, Boston, New York, or Houston-based candidates.
Required Qualifications
