Job Summary
Organize and prepare materials and supplies for daily program activities while supporting logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of resources. Manage attendance processes, maintain inventory, and distribute materials or meals during breaks. Provide on-site operational support to ensure activities run efficiently, assist team members with day-to-day needs, and communicate issues to staff promptly. Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment. This seasonal internship offers hands-on experience in program operations and logistics for a dependable candidate with strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the work location
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to support a variety of tasks as needed
- Monday–Friday, Day Shift
