Conduct SQL queries to extract and analyze data, supporting insight generation and business decision-making. Execute user segmentation analyses based on usage frequency and behavior to identify growth opportunities. Participate in building and monitoring demand and supply forecasting models to optimize incentive allocation for drivers and passengers. Track business KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and performance attention points. Assist in developing and monitoring incentive and promotional coupon strategies, evaluating their impact on adoption, engagement, and new market growth. Requires SQL knowledge and analytical capability; degree expected by July 2028. Hybrid schedule.
