Job Summary
Operate and maintain grain elevator equipment while managing intake, drying, and unloading processes with precision. Lead grain train loading operations, including detailed cleaning and secure sealing of cars, and operate a locomotive where applicable. Accurately measure and document grain inventory weekly and monthly, monitor conditions through temperature testing, and perform proactive facility maintenance. Deliver exceptional customer service to farmer-owners and customers while supporting training efforts. Requires a Class A CDL, willingness to travel, and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with applicable endorsements or ability to obtain one
- Safe operation of a motor vehicle
- Meeting qualifications set forth in the company's vehicle safety policy
