Operations Intelligence Specialist

Job Summary
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and root causes driving operational decisions on flight activity, on-time performance, and crew utilization. Create, maintain, and present reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and operational metrics to leadership and front-line teams. Design, build, and implement processes and tools using machine learning and statistical analysis methods to translate recurring operational questions into repeatable, automated workflows. Lead analytics projects end to end, including vendor evaluations and capacity studies, while applying LLM-assisted analysis to forecast high-volume, fast-changing data.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, able to work effectively with others
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics or other relevant degree
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in data analytics; or equivalent combination
- Demonstrate expertise in Excel, Python, PowerBI, and similar platforms, enabling efficient data analysis and visualization to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings clearly to both executives and front-line operational staff
- Have experience working with LLMs, leveraging their capabilities to enhance data analysis and generate actionable insights
