Job Summary
Provide desk-side and classroom training to analysts, embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows, and develop initial Palantir dashboard products. Serve as a frontline support liaison, troubleshooting issues with Palantir engineering, collecting user feedback, and ensuring customer success across a global operations footprint. Requires strong technical knowledge of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Prior Palantir experience and familiarity with Army intelligence/targeting systems are highly desirable; U.S. citizenship and TS+SCI eligibility are required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role, preferably within a defense or military environment.
- Prior hands on and relevant experience with Palantir products
- Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically and internationally as required
- U.S. citizenship
- TS + SCI Eligible Clearance
