Job Summary
Operations & Integration Manager role supporting the CEO and operations across multiple departments. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, developing SOPs, refining and troubleshooting CRM/estimating/production/billing software, ad hoc financial analysis and job profitability tracking, leading weekly Production and monthly meetings, providing executive support, and managing HR, safety, and vendor coordination. The position requires a resourceful, self-starting individual who can drive process improvement in a small, growing painting contractor environment. Hybrid-remote, 40 hours/week, based in St. Charles, MO, with compensation around $80,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or an Integrator role
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, CRM platforms, and project management tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers and financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead meetings and collaborate with leadership
- Ability to juggle multiple departments (HR, Marketing, Finance) and manage cross-functional tasks
- Hybrid-remote work arrangement and 40 hours per week
- $80,000 per year compensation
