Job Summary
Unload grain products for company and customer trucks, assist in loading agronomy products, and receive dry/liquid fertilizer, chemicals, and seed. Provide assistance in plant operations, scheduling, mixing, and loading of fertilizers and chemicals while ensuring accurate blender operations. Monitor grain quality, manage and report inventory levels, and conduct scale operations. Perform general maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain housekeeping duties. Assist other divisions as needed while promoting a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED diploma
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers
- Great basic mechanical skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have good computer skills
- Ability to multi-task several assignments simultaneously and establish job priorities
- Works well with others to achieve a common goal
