Operations Head

Coordinate order fulfilment planning and warehouse operations across all locations by monitoring delivery and pick-up processes to improve key metrics. Lead a team of operation leads and support staff while driving demand forecasting, inventory planning, and resource allocation. Establish relationships with delivery partners to negotiate optimal deals, manage stock audits to reduce shrinkage, and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires a highly motivated leader with 2-4 years of warehousing and supply chain experience to manage operations efficiently.
