Operations & Growth Manager (m/w/d)

Operations & Growth Manager (m/w/d) works closely with the CEO and CTO to drive the operational development of the company, relieve founders from day-to-day operations, and professionalize processes to prepare the organization for growth. Responsibilities include building and evolving scalable internal processes and responsibilities, coordinating cross-functional topics, supporting special projects (e.g., certifications, partner initiatives, internal structural topics), and strengthening collaboration between development, sales, client projects, and administration while providing transparency on progress, risks, resources, and next steps. Key qualifications include experience in startup/scale-up operations or a COO-adjacent role, ability to build structures without over-organizing, strong entrepreneurial mindset and execution focus, excellent communication/organizational/prioritization skills, interest in software, AI, DeepTech and industrial customer environments, and comfort with ambiguity, growth, and shifting priorities.
