Job Summary
Operations & Growth Coordinator to support daily operations, customer communication, scheduling/dispatching, and growth efforts for a small startup plumbing company. Responsibilities include answering incoming customer calls, scheduling and dispatching jobs, managing customer communication and follow-up, learning and using HouseCall Pro (HCP), organizing jobs, invoices, and workflow, following up on estimates and leads, assisting with online reviews and customer satisfaction, coordinating marketing/outreach, contacting property managers and local businesses, supporting day-to-day office operations, and helping improve systems as the company grows.
