Job Summary
L2 Operations Generalist in Remittances responsible for working close to live payment operations: monitoring remittance workflows (pay-in, payout, KYC/RFI, refunds, disputes, reconciliations, and partner-dependent exceptions), investigating anomalies with SQL and dashboards, coordinating with banks, payment providers, gateways, Support, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance on escalation paths, and maintaining and improving runbooks, queue hygiene, and operating notes by corridor, partner, and workflow. The role emphasizes identifying recurring checks, converting repeat tasks into AI-assisted triage or automation, and supporting new corridor launches by testing operational readiness and documenting learnings.
