Job Summary
Conduct various operational tasks across Titles, Transportation, Arbitration, Payments, Resolution, and Processing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Identify, propose, and implement key process improvements while monitoring performance metrics to enhance team outcomes. Act as a lead and escalation point for associates when leadership is unavailable, facilitating smooth interactions and effective problem-solving across functional areas. Maintain high-volume operations in a dynamic environment by managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years' related experience
- Must be solutions oriented and persistent in the face of objections and obstacles while maintaining good relationships
- Be detail oriented and organized
- Highly self-directed and proactive
- Ability to manage a high-volume or work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
