Job Summary
Support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities by analyzing manufacturing costs and overall financial performance. Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results, provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting, and support budgeting processes using key assumptions and business inputs. Validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX) while ensuring accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience (SAP preferred). Travel up to 20% is required. Join Bakelite to help create sustainable solutions that matter.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling)
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
