Operations Finance Specialist

Job Summary
As an Operations Finance Specialist, partner with Operations and BU leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, support budgeting and forecasting, manage Capex planning, conduct cost and margin analyses, and track cost-savings initiatives (e.g., VAVE). Responsibilities include analyzing labor, overhead, scrap, rework, and material variances; preparing monthly results (actuals vs. budget/forecast); coordinating with Accounting on accruals and journal entries; reviewing ROI and business cases for capital projects; translating operational activities into financial impact; and supporting revenue leakage and margin analyses. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle Alice preferred) and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations Finance, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Oracle Alice preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
