Job Summary
Operations Finance Specialist (Contractor) responsible for inventory control, accuracy, scrap management, bin audits, cycle-count reconciliation, and expense coordination. Supports contract manufacturers with consignment and spot-buy activities, CAPEX receipts coordination, and non-inventory PO closures. Requires 2+ years in inventory control or related area, ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and Excel, and a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Business/Supply Chain/Accounting/Finance. Based in Bangkok, Thailand as a contract role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehouse administration
- Understanding procure-to-pay process
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Organized and able to work meeting deadlines
- Fluency in English; ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting or Finance or related field
