Operations Finance Manager, Large Liquid & Resin

Lead a team of six Operations Finance professionals by coaching, setting goals, and standardizing duties to drive process improvements. Manage month-end close activities for manufacturing and distribution, preparing internal management reports and profit analyses covering distribution costs, manufacturing results, variances, and purchase price variances. Oversee inventory accounts through trend analysis, monthly reconciliations, and physical inventory audits while supporting annual budgeting and quarterly product re-costs. Ensure team adherence to internal controls and act as a business partner to Operations and Business Unit Finance leadership. Report to the Senior Manager, Operations Finance, based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a hybrid schedule (Monday through Thursday in-person, remote on Fridays) and quarterly travel to plant locations.
