Job Summary
Finance Manager at Chewy Fulfillment Center in Mount Juliet, TN, delivering business insight, reporting, and analysis to operational leadership and cross-functional partners. Lead planning for variable labor, support capital planning and financial analysis, oversee monthly close, and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance. Partner with data sources and technology teams to ensure timely, accurate decision data and collaborate with peers at other locations to support network initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems (MBA/CPA a plus)
- 5+ years of related experience (Operations, Finance, logistics)
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Advanced MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
