Job Summary
Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and create KPI dashboards to track revenue, margin, pricing, and profitability against budgets. Analyze commercial and financial trends, risks, and opportunities while supporting month-end and quarter-end reporting activities. Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business performance through pricing strategy assessments, scenario modelling, and investment opportunity evaluations. Build business cases, maintain financial models, and lead reporting automation initiatives to enhance data accuracy. Present clear analysis and recommendations to non-finance stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
- Experience in a Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Analyst or Business Partnering role
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and engaging way
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- A proactive and commercially focused mindset
- Background checks including DBS (or equivalent) will be carried out if appropriate
