Job Summary
Lead development, delivery, and maintenance of enterprise reporting, dashboards, data models, and automation solutions across the I&M organization. Enhance reporting capabilities and reduce manual processes using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and AI-driven automation tools. Translate operational and financial requirements into actionable insights while establishing best practices for data governance and visualization standards. Partner with Operations, Finance, and business units to support self-service analytics and provide training on reporting platforms. Manage priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure reliable, accurate dashboards and improved data consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence development, reporting, or automation
- Strong experience using Power BI and Tableau to develop dashboards, reports, and data models
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data preparation, transformation, and wrangling
- Experience using AI and automation tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies
- Ability to manage priorities, organize work effectively, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Travel may be required
