Job Summary
Operations Finance Analyst to provide financial analysis and support for the operations division. Responsibilities include in-depth financial analysis (cost, profitability, variance), budgeting and forecasting for the operations division, cost management and identification of cost-saving opportunities, development and maintenance of KPIs, data collection and validation of financial data across sources, providing strategic financial insights to drive operational improvements, preparing detailed financial reports and dashboards for senior management, ensuring compliance and internal controls, and driving process improvements within finance and operations. Requires experience with ERP systems, advanced financial modeling, cross-functional collaboration with operations, supply chain, and production teams, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CPA/CMA preferred and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management
- Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to present financial analyses to senior leadership
- Strong understanding of operational processes including production, supply chain, logistics, and process optimization
- Ability to connect financial data with operational performance and provide actionable insights
