Job Summary
Conduct financial reporting, cost analysis, and budgeting for an assigned manufacturing facility to enable informed business decisions. Prepare month-end plant financial reports, general ledger reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses while managing multiple priorities and meeting key deadlines. Lead monthly cycle count closeouts and partner with plant leadership to analyze manufacturing variances, improve internal controls, and support operational excellence. Work flexibly during key business deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally with auditors and stakeholders to drive financial accuracy and plant objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 0-2 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably supporting manufacturing operations
- Strong financial analysis, organizational, and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and influence across multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a logical and systematic manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with varied internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
- Ability to contribute effectively to highly collaborative, high-performing teams.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet-based financial analysis, including array formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency with common business productivity tools and experience working with financial reporting and analysis systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field in progress or completed.
- CPA or CMA certification in progress or completed.
- Experience with corporate finance and/or manufacturing operations.
