Job Summary
Operations Field Support Specialist to cover staffing and management gaps across 14 CW locations, focusing on opening/closing, chemical management, POS functionality, scheduling, training, and driving sales; capability to fill in for Managers, Assistants, or Associates on short notice; travel between multiple CW sites; minimum 45 hours/week; 3+ years of management experience required; reports to the Director of Operations; compensation $65K-$75K with potential for bonus and mileage/phone reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience
- Prior Car Wash Management experience highly desirable – or – significant Car Wash experience
- Prior Operations, Business and Staffing Management experience required (3 years)
- Prior customer service experience (preferably retail if not car wash) required
- Ability to travel between multiple sites as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, function in varying environmental conditions (outdoor seasonal changes), and perform in noisy wet environments as needed
