Job Summary
Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics, and operational support staff while maintaining familiarity with operational policies and procedures. Ensure maintenance of quality field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication, and evaluation. Assess daily equipment, supply, and vehicle needs, coordinate service with Materials Management, and ensure 100% closure of operational response exceptions. Respond to customer and staff inquiries, investigate events involving assigned units, complete internal reports, and recommend training as necessary. This full-time exempt role offers a salary range of $110K-$130K in Redding, CA, for a candidate with at least two years of Paramedic experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Minimum of two (2) years full-time employment as a Paramedic
- Demonstrated skills and experience in evaluating, instructing and coaching all aspects of the delivery of pre-hospital care
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the operations protocols policies and procedures
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
