Job Summary
Conduct ePermitting application training classes and serve as a Subject Matter Expert during go-live and hypercare phases. Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for Operations and Product Control Departments at assigned sites. Attend readiness workshops to ensure team preparedness for site implementation. Coordinate on-site schedules, vacations, and holidays with the Field Implementation Team Leader, including backfilling for other team members. Act as the primary point of contact for ePermitting implementation at assigned sites. Requires three years of Operations Excellence experience and proficiency in digital tools. Located in Texas City, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience in Operations Excellence and/or Operations
- Experience with the application of our current Operator digital tools
- Strong comprehension of the Safe Work Permitting process as applied in the field
- Proven ability to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely to individuals or groups in an engaging manner that helps them understand and retain the message, listening actively to others and addressing their concerns
