Job Summary
Conduct stockroom operations by coaching associates, processing shipping and receiving, and replenishing product while maintaining an organized environment. Coordinate product pricing and markdowns, manage freight and sensor product, and provide check-out support to customers. Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately, share information on promotions and loyalty programs, and assist sales associates during onboarding. Locate products for customers on the sales floor and assist with product launch changes according to SOPs. This role supports the in-store shopping experience at Algonquin Commons for Express and Bonobos.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0 - 2 relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
