Job Summary
Coach stockroom associates on merchandise flow, shipping, and receiving while replenishing product and processing freight. Maintain a clean stock room, coordinate pricing and markdowns, and provide check-out support to customers. Process fulfillment transactions accurately, share product and promotion details, assist sales associates during onboarding, and help locate items on the sales floor. Deliver on the customer experience model while multitasking between internal processes and floor support.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- 0 - 2 relevant job experience - minimum 6 months
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours
- Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team and associates
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
