Job Summary
Operations Expert within the Evaluation Services (EVS) Operations Support team who coordinates cross-functional initiatives, bridges strategy and technical execution, and drives process improvements and automation. Responsibilities include end-to-end project coordination with Tech, Product, and Business units; monitoring progress and mitigating bottlenecks; leading data-related initiatives for reporting and analytics; managing stakeholder communications and change management; and leveraging Agile frameworks and AI-based systems. Requires 5 years’ experience in Project Management or related operational role, strong technical aptitude (Salesforce, Tableau, Gemini, Claude or similar), excellent written and verbal communication, and a university degree in Business Administration or related field. Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office). Contract of Employment. Salary range will be shared after skills assessment.
