Operations Expert - Document Management

Operate and optimize IT service delivery for the SAP S/4HANA-centric landscape: ensure operational stability, monitor performance, coordinate ITSM activities (incidents, changes, problems, requests, knowledge, events), act as primary escalation contact for operational issues, manage major incident communications with the Global Service Desk, identify risks and mitigation actions, drive SLA improvements, manage technical debt per architecture, generate and interpret operational reports, ensure compliance with security policies and ISMS standards, support reliable product releases and stable delivery of increments, maintain and improve operational documentation and knowledge bases, collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to implement requirements and ensure Definition of Done, and contribute to an international, agile team environment with exposure to SAP and integration technologies. Your background includes a degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration, informatics, or mathematics; strong IT operations/service management experience; SAP Finance/Real Estate/document workflow knowledge; proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow); familiarity with interfaces and integrations; ISMS security awareness; experience in agile product teams; excellent English communication skills; willingness to travel internationally; plus nice-to-have experience in hybrid on-premise/cloud environments and Windows Server.
