Job Summary
Ops XM leads the store leadership team to execute customer service standards, department readiness, and operational processes. Responsible for directing the Order Fulfillment team (picking, staging, loading) and for executing inbound freight processes and receiving SOP adherence. Implements Shrink Action Plans, performs Manager on Duty functions with SOP-compliant timekeeping, and provides input on associate performance, talent planning, and development. Coaches and trains associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service, maintaining a safe environment by enforcing safety standards and ensuring training completion.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
