Job Summary
Operations Experience Manager leads the store leadership team in executing customer service, department readiness, and operational processes. Drives Order Fulfillment by directing picking, staging, and loading to meet SLAs, audits inbound freight and receiving procedures for SOP adherence, and implements Shrink Action Plans. Serves as Manager on Duty with safe opening/closing per SOPs, partners with Store Manager/ASM for business decisions, and ensures adherence to timekeeping/break policies. Coaches and trains associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service; champions a safe working environment by completing training, correcting hazards, and upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include 30% Customer Service/Experience, 30% People/Talent Acquisition, 15% Safety, 25% Shared Manager on Duty – Opening & Closing Operations, with direct reports and no travel required. Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED; prefer leadership experience with 2+ years in retail/operational roles; 18+ and legal working status in the U.S. emphasized.
