Job Summary
Operations Experience Manager leading store leadership, driving customer-service excellence and Wilco-inbound/outbound workflows. Responsible for directing D93 receiving and D94 order fulfillment, auditing SOP adherence, implementing Shrink Action Plans, and performing Manager on Duty duties with adherence to safety, attendance, and timekeeping policies. Coaches and develops associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service; leads recruitment input, staffing, and training to maintain service levels and store readiness. Focused on operational standards, QA of delivery orders, conflict resolution, recognition of good service, and ensuring in-stock maintenance and store appearance guidelines align with sales performance. Will partner with Store Manager/ASM, monitor attendance, support performance management, and drive daily safety and operational execution in a high-volume home improvement retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations
