Job Summary
Oversee daily facility operations including MEP, HVAC, cleaning, waste management, and landscaping through vendor coordination and daily inspections. Act as a liaison for tenants to address service requests, complaints, and fit-out works while ensuring safety regulations, emergency procedures, and contractor compliance are strictly followed. Conduct operational walk-throughs to maintain cleanliness standards, monitor utility consumption, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance incidents and support budget control and procurement processes. Assist the Operations Manager in delivering a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment aligned with SGM's standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in mall operations or retail property management, large commercial facilities, or airports/hospitals
- Knowledge of mall operations, facility management, and safety standards
- Strong tenant relationship and customer service skills
- Familiarity with maintenance systems and procedures (MEP, HVAC, BMS)
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and handle emergencies calmly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in vendor management and tenant coordination is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
