Job Summary
Operations Executive at Tiffany & Co. responsible for back-of-house oversight including inventory management, stock control, coordinating customer service and client services related to repairs and post-sale offerings, supervising receiving/shipping functions, liaising with transportation and customs, partnering with store management to support service standards, and coaching/training staff. Requires tertiary certificate or equivalent, 3+ years in retail stock management (jewelry preferred), strong problem-solving, customer service ethics, excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and advanced MS Word/Excel/MIPS skills; flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Located in Broadbeach, Queensland."
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life / work experience
- Minimum three years retail stock management/inventory control preferably within the jewelry industry
- Problem solving ability
- Strong customer service ethics
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven multi-tasking experience with an ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and MIPS
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
