Job Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will manage a team and provide operational support for client lifecycle management, including onboarding, campaign coordination, and reporting. Crucial responsibilities include establishing operational governance, owning the operational data model, driving cross-service-line initiatives, and leading productivity improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in relevant fields, strong analytical skills using Power BI and Excel, proficiency in MS 365, and the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in delivery operations, PMO, service delivery management, or operational governance in professional services, GCC, shared services, or BPO
- Hands-on Power BI experience
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query, pivot tables, data modeling
- Proficiency in MS 365 ecosystem including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to drive outcomes through influence without direct authority
Desired Qualifications
- BPO or GCC operations experience
- Professional services and consultancy background
- Exposure to audit and compliance coordination in a multi-market environment
