Operations Executive, Cross Border & Traffic Controller

Coordinate and manage cross-border road freight operations between Singapore and neighboring countries (Malaysia, Thailand or beyond) with end-to-end planning, scheduling, and monitoring of truck movements. Optimize cross-border shipments (FTL/LTL), liaise with transporters and warehouse teams, prepare and verify shipping documents, obtain local and overseas customs permits, ensure compliance with customs regulations, monitor shipments, communicate updates to customers, support billing, and manage supplier relationships to drive cost efficiency and service excellence.
