Job Summary
Operations & Executive Coordinator role bridging manufacturing operations, field service logistics, and executive leadership support within WET Legacy / WET Care. Hybrid role (~80% operations coordination, ~20% executive support for the VP overseeing manufacturing, maintenance, and global service delivery). Responsibilities include planning and managing complex service schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel and field deployment logistics for technicians and engineers, reviewing and tracking invoices and service-related expenses with Finance, maintaining contracts and project documentation with Legal/Manufacturing/Operations, capturing action items and driving follow-up across cross-functional meetings, supporting continuous improvement and operational reporting, and managing calendars, leadership meetings, and executive travel; preparing presentations, reports, and status updates, tracking strategic priorities, and handling sensitive business information with discretion.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, service coordination, or project coordination; experience supporting senior leadership strongly preferred
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- effective communicator across shop floor teams, field technicians, engineers, and executive leadership
- experience coordinating travel logistics, vendors, and budgets
- proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is a plus
- highly reliable, detail-oriented, proactive
- awareness of manufacturing/service operations and project coordination
