Operations Excellence Specialist at Glovo responsible for managing and reviewing the base operational processes of Glovo's logistics to improve efficiency and rider experience. Develop long‐term processes and projects, identify trends to outperform competitors, and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure optimal user experience for riders and customers. Requires a university degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in Sofia or relocate. Fluency in Bulgarian and English, autonomous and results‐oriented mindset, and the ability to propose creative solutions while aligning with leadership principles. The role emphasizes process optimization, data‐driven decision making, and cross‐functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
