Job Summary
Oversees full lifecycle of school events from proposal to execution, including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Works with facilities, transportation, security, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless events for 50–500+ attendees, while upholding kashrut policies with Rabbinic guidance. Leads event setup, decor decisions, menus, and vendor negotiations; manages budgets and reconciliations; maintains event calendars and uses the Dude system and myMilken calendar. Requires excellent communication, adaptability to changes, and ability to work with minimal supervision. 3-5 years in events management and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in events management
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach
- Team player who is detail oriented and able to multitask
- Familiar with Google Suite and Mac computers preferred
