Job Summary

Conduct technical documentation proofreading and audit engineering documents for linguistic and structural accuracy. Maintain accurate Bills of Materials within ERP/MRP software while tracking component life cycles and analyzing mechanical and electrical drawings. Assemble light electrical and mechanical components using basic hand tools and interpret schematics to resolve build issues. Interface between Engineering and Production teams to streamline information flow and enforce organizational processes aligned with quality management systems. Champion safety standards across all departments to prioritize workforce protection and product quality. Requires a BS in engineering with two years of experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Required Qualifications

  • BS in an engineering field
  • 2 years of experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
  • US Citizen
  • Proficient in creating, editing, and managing PDF documents, including formatting, conversion, and document control
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and spreadsheet management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating, editing, formatting, and maintaining professional business documents
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including basic understanding of Azure resources
  • Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications and business systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including data entry, reporting, and business process workflows
  • Familiarity with supporting document management, reporting, or operational processes
  • Familiarity with electrical circuitry, wiring, and soldering
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, hand and power tools
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical discipline
