Operations Engineering Senior Manager

Job Summary
Leading and directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the engineering function; managing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products; ensuring cost-effective, quality product and customer solutions; interfacing with executives, customers, and regulatory agencies; budgeting and cost control; driving engineering strategies to meet customer requirements and Flex capabilities; providing supplier management related to product development and integration; oversees a team of engineers and staff to achieve corporate objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Master’s or MBA degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience including broad-based management and supervision
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Strong communication and presentation skills
