Job Summary
Operations Performance Engineer responsible for improving site-wide operational performance across Repurpose It's Melbourne sites by developing and monitoring production KPIs, improving equipment performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting CAPEX and operational projects. Collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Commercial, Finance, Safety; fosters safety culture, ensures IMS/ISO compliance, and coordinates contractors. Requires engineering degree and experience in manufacturing/construction/waste/recycling; strong problem-solving and stakeholder management; onsite, with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Engineering or related
- Experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Waste, Recycling, or similar industries
- Experience supporting operational or CAPEX projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
