Job Summary
Provide engineering support for 160 offshore wind turbines, acting as the operational technical lead for structures, drivetrains, blades, and onshore facilities. Develop and manage inspection and maintenance campaigns focused on HSE, asset integrity, and cost-effective delivery while ensuring compliance with RWE Engineering Management Instructions and UK/EU standards. Assess, design, and implement plant modifications using condition monitoring techniques to support safe asset operation. Manage budgets, technical specifications, and engineering work scopes as a delegated Contract Officer and Project Manager. Support offshore JUV operations with engineering guidance and client representation. Develop technical documentation, RAMS, and quality assurance processes using Microsoft and CMMS software.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified engineer

- BEng or MEng
- HNC/HND

- Strong mechanical engineering background
