Operations Engineer

Develop and maintain network automation solutions to reduce manual effort and operational risk. Drive proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident prevention initiatives while implementing auto-remediation and self-healing capabilities for network services. Lead major incident resolution, perform capacity planning, and analyze logs to identify recurring issues. Collaborate with Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams to improve end-to-end service stability and create operational documentation. Mentor operations teams and promote SRE best practices across the network organization. This role requires minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures and is based at the Bengaluru office.
