Job Summary
Manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Lead major incident resolution and drive end-to-end solutions for architecture-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely incident resolution. Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases to support team efficiency. Assist in onboarding and training junior team members while fostering skill development. Provide direct client-facing support with a full understanding of application and business criticality. Requires 12 years of experience in Network Security Operations and CCIE/JNCIE certifications. Based in Bengaluru.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 12 year(s) of experience
- 15 years full time education
- CCIE & JNCIE equivalent
- JNCIP-MistAI
- PRISMA SASE certification
- PCNSE
- Strong Experience with advance routing including SDWAN (Juniper , Cisco , Arista)
- Strong understanding of log analysis , incident management, and troubleshooting in SASE , SDWAN , legacy advance routing protocols (BGP , OSPF) , DC LAN (Cisco & Arista)
- Strong understanding on the SASE service PRISMA , ALKIRA
- Strong understanding on F5 LTM & GTM
- Strong experience on direct client facing role
- Knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements within Network & Security platforms
- Commanding communication skill
- Expected to perform independently and become an Expert
- Required active participation/contribution in major Incident & drive end to end
- Contribute in providing solutions to architecture related problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of incidents
- Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases to support team efficiency
- Assist in the onboarding and training of junior team members to foster skill development
- Full understanding of Application criticality & AIG business & location criticality
