Job Summary
Monitor and maintain observability platforms including Splunk/ELK, managing dashboards, alert rules, and log pipelines across infrastructure tiers. Triage and resolve incidents such as broken scrapers or failed ingestion within defined SLAs while executing changes following approved procedures. Manage AI-augmented operations tooling, including LLM runbook automation pipelines and agentic ITSM workflows, ensuring operational health and escalating failures promptly. Support engineering teams with AI-powered runbook execution, RAG queries, and chatbot interfaces while performing root cause analysis for recurring platform incidents. Maintain audit logs and CMDB records to support PCI DSS, SOX, and regulatory reviews. This role forms the primary operational execution layer for Cloud, Network, Security, and Voice teams at Accenture's Bengaluru office.
