Job Summary
Manage enterprise security infrastructure including firewalls, proxies, NAC, and SASE by performing proactive monitoring, responding to alerts, and troubleshooting issues within SLA commitments. Execute security policy changes for firewall, NAT, and access control while supporting vulnerability management, patching, and root cause analysis for recurring incidents. Maintain configurations and documentation to ensure platform availability and compliance, collaborating with Network, Cloud, and SOC teams for issue resolution and major incident management. This Security Operations Service Engineer role supports audit, regulatory, and risk activities, requiring a minimum of five years of experience in network security operations.

- Service Engineer
- PCNSE certification
- Prisma Access SASE Professional certification
- Strong understanding of PRISMA SASE
- Strong understanding of Palo Alto On Prem & Cloud FW modules
- Strong understanding of Juniper MIST & Forcescoute NAC
- Good understanding on advance routing protocol
- Moderate understanding on Routing & Switching
- Incident & Problem Management
- Performance & Capacity Management
- Log Analytics and packet analysis
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations
